Standard Delivery Items
For orders under £34.99 in value we charge £1.99 for UK mainland delivery, regardless of weight and size. This is the total cost of delivery, regardless of how many items you order. A signature may be required on receipt. Orders are sent via Royal Mail (1st Class), UPS. UPS deliver Monday - Friday, Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost upon request.
Next Day Delivery
Royal Mail Special Delivery aims to deliver by 1pm the next working day.
This service is available at cost, prices vary upon order weight.
The vast majority of orders (over 99.9%) are dispatched either on the same working day or the following working day.
Out of Stock Items
While we hold a large amount of stock it is inevitable that at times we will not have the stock to fulfil all orders. This typically adds an additional 5-7 working day to our dispatch time, we will always notify if your order is effected. If a delay is likely to be more than 3 working days we will typically part ship your order to avoid any further delay.
As of 1st January 2021, the UK is no longer part of the EU Customs Union and the Single Market. As a result of this shipments from the UK into Europe may attract import duty and taxes upon receipt.
Due to the current situation and confusion we have taken the decision to withdraw shipping into Europe until further notice.
We are continuing to ship to Northern Ireland, however following changes due in Jan 2022 we may withdraw this service until changes can be made to accommodate the new shipping requirements.
No Shipping Prices?
For some countries we are unable to offer a fixed shipping price, please email us with your delivery address and the items you would like to order so that we can offer you a shipping price.
Standard Delivery Items
Delivery costs are based on the weight and the delivery country. Shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of the items in the shopping cart, this information is shown before any payment details are entered. A signature may be required on receipt. Orders are sent via AirMail or International Courier (Typically UPS).
After receiving your order you have 60 days to return any damaged, unwanted or faulty products.
Important: Before you return any goods you must contact us, as goods returned without prior notification may not be refunded.
All unwanted goods must be returned at the purchaser’s expense and in its original condition, in original packaging, undamaged and unused. Returned items should be adequately packaged and returned at the purchaser’s risk.
Sensory Needs Ltd will not accept responsibility for returned products until we have signed for the goods and ensured in their original condition. We therefore recommend goods are returned by recorded delivery and fully insured.
If a returned item is not in new condition or opened, the full purchase price will not be refunded or credited.
Provided the goods are returned in perfect condition, we will arrange a refund by the same method as the original payment, within 30 days of the return.
You "as a consumer" are protected under UK Law, upon making a purchase you are entering into a contract with Sensory Needs Ltd.
In instances where a product purchased is out of stock and cannot be supplied within a reasonable period of time, we will contact you and give you the option to (a) wait or (b) receive an alternative product or (c) cancel the item from your order and receive a refund in relation to the out of stock item.
