    Administration Charge: A fee of £9.99 + VAT is applied to purchase orders below £49.99 (excluding VAT).

    Delivery Charges:

    • Standard Delivery: £2.49 + VAT (all orders)
    • Tracked Delivery (with delivery confirmation): £9.99 + VAT
    • Delivery to Hospitals, NHS, or Multi-Occupancy Buildings: £9.99 + VAT (using tracked and signed service)
    Supplier Application Forms: If you require a supplier application form to be completed, please request this prior to submitting a purchase order.
    Note: that an administration fee * of £14.99 + VAT will apply for completing such forms.
    Company and Bank Details: We are happy to provide our company details, including bank details, on headed paper free of charge upon request.
    Late Payments: Late payments will incur a charge of £49.99 + VAT
    Please note all prices shown on this website include VAT unless indicated otherwise. Quantity discounts are online only and not available for purchase orders.
