We are a family owned and run business with a very personal connection to sensory products we sell.
Our son James (9) is Autistic and currently non-verbal (although is trying really hard to say words). James is also using Makaton to communicate, although he is very good at letting us know what he wants so it's mostly driven by us at the moment.
He will often bite his finger when either over excited or distressed. So we turned to the sensory chews to try and help stop the biting, the chews would often get lost or damaged and sourcing them was expensive and shipping was never fast enough. With that Sensory Needs was born, we aim to send all orders the day they are ordered (obviously time and weekends impact that) and keep prices as low as possible.
