In order to save any delay in processing orders, please ensure you include delivery and invoice details.

Please email us for supplier details and bank payment details on headed letterheads.

Please note no account setup is required prior to sending a purchase order.

Terms

An administration charge of £7.99 + VAT is applied to purchase orders below £49.99 (ex VAT).

Standard delivery is charged at £1.65 + VAT for all orders.

Standard delivery is untracked without delivery confirmation, if you require delivery confirmation, delivery is £9.99 + VAT.

Delivery to hospitals or multi-occupancy buildings is charged at an additional £9.99 + VAT for all orders using a tracked and signed service.

If you require supplier application form to be completed, please request this before submitting a purchase order. Please note that completing such forms will incur an administration fee of £14.99 + VAT.

Company details (on headed paper), including bank details, can be supplied upon request free of charge - by request.

Late Payments incur a late payment charge of £49.99 + VAT
